The Grade II listed Georgian building has a sizeable car park unlike many in the area (a small surcharge applies), and is located in the ever desirable Clifton area, 5 minutes from Bristol University, 10 minutes from Bristol Zoo and the Clifton Suspension Bridge and 10 minutes from the City Centre.

Whilst their is no bar or restaurant, the Washington's sister hotel, The Clifton, is home to Racks bar and kitchen, just a few doors along the same road.
