Douglas Land Surveys Ltd is located in Newport-on-Tay, Fife. We established approximately 25 years ago in order to provide a professional survey service to Consulting Engineers, Architects, Developers, Solicitors, Government Bodies and Statutory Authorities. Since this time, we have provided thousands of survey commissions, ranging in size from the smaller individual house plot or boundary dispute up to much larger sites such as wind farm developments, typically covering hundreds of hectares. All aspects of topographic land surveying, together with other related works such as facade surveys, inshore hydro-graphic surveys, flood studies, volumetric works, cross sectioning, boundary resolution, preparation of title deeds, CAD bureau and as-built survey works are undertaken and survey commissions are carried out throughout the Scottish mainland, Islands, North of England and Ireland.
