"" I rang him on a Bamk Holiday Sunday because I had arrived home after a weekend away to find that I had no heating or hot water. It seemed to be a problem with our boiler, he offered to come out at a premium rate (being a bank holiday) but suggested that it was probably a problem with the pressure in the boiler, following his advise I then undertook to repressurise the boiler and this solved the problem at no charge to me.
It is not often these days that one meets an honest and caring tradesman it's so refreshing when one does ""
